Remote Sensing Imagery

Available
data is downloadable in ERDAS® Imagine (.img) formats, GeoTIFF™,
and/or Mr.SID (.sid) formats. Due to
some licensing agreements many data sets owned by UMGC can NOT
be made available for off-campus use. Therefore, these data sets
(i.e. Landsat, Ikonos™, IRS, LIDAR™, etc.) are ONLY available
in subset JPEG (.jpg) formats. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Plotter and PostScript
Files
|
The UMGC
is routinely creating archived PostScript and Plotter files of
the file presentation of a project. These formats include HP
Raster Transfer Language (.rtl) and Adobe® PostScript 3
(.ps3) formats. These files have been saved in many plotter sizes,
page sizes and resolutions (dpi). |

Utilities and Miscellaneous
Files

There
are many useful files used in at UMGC. Some of these file are
informational downloads (i.e. orbital paths, FAQs, laboratory
exercises) available in Adobe® Acrobat™ (.pdf) format. Others
are projection files, ArcView Scripts, ArcView Extensions, etc.
